Very healthy and easy to make. Eat it as a snack or serve it as a side. You can also do this with potatoes, eggplant etc.
You need:
Raw banana
Cumin seeds
Salt
Oil
- Peel and cut banana into thin discs.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Wait till they crackle.
- Add banana, salt. Stir and cover for 3-4 min.
- Now remove the lid and continue to cook on a very low heat.
- Remove once it becomes golden brown.
