Frozen Matador

2 parts tequila
1/2 part triple sec
1 part fresh lime juice
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
handful of crushed ice

Blend the above ingredients into a smooth consistency (till they are fully blended)
Serve in a chilled highball glass. You can add mint leaves as garnish.

Classic Margarita

2 lime wedges
Kosher salt
1+1/2 part Tequila
1+1/2 part of fresh lime juice
1 part Triple sec (or Cointreau)

Rub a lime wedge around the the rim of a chilled margarita glass, and salt the rim.
Fill the prepared glass with ice.
Shake the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into the glass.
Squeeze the other lime wedge over the drink, and drop it in.

Black Sombrero

1+1/2 part Tequilla
1+1/2 part Vodka
2 part Kahlua

Pour ice and ingredients into a shaker and shake well.
Strain over chilled cocktail (martini) glass.

Kamikaze Cocktail

You Need:

1 oz. Triple Sec (Cointreau)

1 oz. Vodka

1 oz. Lime Juice

1 wedge Lime

Mixing Instructions:

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and a stir stick.

Glass to serve: Cocktail glass

*My personal choice is to have it with a salt rim

Sea Breeze

A classic summer highball cocktail!

You need
2 part Vodka
2 part Cranberry Juice
3 part fresh grapefruit juice
Lime Wedge

Pour the liquid ingredients into a mixing glass and stir. Moisten the rim with lime wedge, squeeze it over the drink and then drop it into the glass

For "Sex on the beach" - just add 2 parts peach schnapps and garnish with maraschino cherry

Chocolate Strawberry Martini

2 part absolut vanilla vodka
1 part Godiva Chocolate
4-5 fresh strawberries

Fill shaker with ice.
Muddle the fresh strawberries with the ingredients in the shaker. Shake well.
Cover rim of cocktail glass with cocoa sugar
Strain, garnish with strawberry slice



Tequila Sunset

 

You need:

1 shot Tequila

1 shot black grape juice

2 shots cranberry juice

Mint leaf or Orange slice to garnish

Salt

Ice

Take a lot of crushed ice in a shaker. Add tequila, black grape juice and cranberry juice. Shake well.

Pour this cocktail in a salt rimmed glass.

Garnish with either mint leaf or an orange slice. I like to drop both in my drink.  

Absolut Ruby Red Menta

Here's a real piece of gem of a cocktail, and a simple one too!
1 portion Absolut Ruby Red
1 portion Runny Honey
5 mint leaves
1 portion lime juice

Fill shaker with ice cubes, and ingredients above, shake well!

Pour into a salt-rimmed chilled martini/cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint leaf!
