Frozen Matador

2 parts tequila
1/2 part triple sec
1 part fresh lime juice
1/2 cup pineapple chunks

handful of crushed ice

Blend the above ingredients into a smooth consistency (till they are fully blended)
Serve in a chilled highball glass. You can add mint leaves as garnish.
